For public events: There is no attendance fee if within 40 miles of Diss. Polkadots and Moonbeams are happy to support charity events, and donate a percentage of the takings to your charity, subject to availability. We have a selection of flavours of ice creams and sorbets. Prices for one scoop in luxury waffle cone or tub is £3.00 or two scoops in a tub is £4.50.

For private functions: Prices start at £445.00 for events with 100 people (£195 attendance fee + 100 x £2.50=£445). This includes one hour travelling time each way, setting up, ice creams and serving time up to two hours. We provide wooden dolly pegs that can be exchanged for an ice cream if required. Guests can choose from five ice creams and a sorbet (dairy, gluten free  and vegan options will also be available) served in luxury waffle cones or tubs.

For events with more or less than 100 guests, please contact us for a quotation. Please note there is a standard minimum charge for attending and prices will vary depending on location and number of guests.
